African Markets Conference 2026 (AMC)

Standard Bank CIB will convene the 2026 African Markets Conference 23-25th February (AMC26), a gathering designed to bring together African and international investors with public-sector leaders, regulators, and policy makers.

The aim is to shape a renewed investment consensus around the continent’s infrastructure, digital, energy, and capital market ecosystems and unlock Africa’s growth.

The conference will interrogate the forces redefining Africa’s macroeconomic landscape: shifting geopolitical alliances, sovereign debt sustainability, the development of capital markets, intra-African trade, private capital mobilisation, and the financing models required to bridge Africa’s infrastructure gap. Over two days, fresh insights, strategic dialogue, and exploration will converge to accelerate capital flows into Africa.
