Amanda Ndabankulu began her career in commercial banking during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and has since built more than a decade of experience across risk management, financial markets and central banking. She has held a range of specialist and leadership roles, including serving in Zambia’s national utility and later moving into central banking, where she led teams responsible for managing foreign exchange reserves.
Amanda currently serves as a Sovereign Strategist at Standard Bank, where she draws on her combined commercial banking and central banking expertise to support the Bank’s growth and deepen its partnerships with African sovereigns.
