Import Collections
  • Enable you as the client to digitally review and approve documents received from the supplier and view the payment schedule and track your transaction via the status tracker. Throughout each status, user received automated notifications from the channel advising of the status of the transaction.
  • You are able to receive your advises via the channel.
  • Sight Collections: Enables clients to provide payment instructions digitally to enable them to receive documents for clearance
  • Usance Collections – Enables client to accept payment date digitally to enable them to receive documents for clearance and enables clients to provide payment instructions digitally  
Digital Import Letters of Credit
  • Immediate access to your Import Letter of Credit draft to share and review with your supplier prior to submission to the bank
  • Clients are advised of the document presentation by the supplier via the channel and you are able to review the documents and accept or reject where discrepancies have been advised
  • Digitally submit your payment instructions via the channel for sight, usance or your mixed payment import letter of credits
  • Receive automated notifications on each of your transactions where there is a change in the status

You are able to process applications for your Domestic Guarantees, Foreign Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit all on one channel. Digital guarantees are legally valid and will replace traditional paper guarantees through the new process. Standard Bank has adhered to all compliance and regulatory requirements to eliminate any added risk.

  • Get access to Standard Bank standard wording pre-approved beneficiary wording
  • Enjoy peace of mind with a beneficiary verification portal that allows you to verify that a digital domestic guarantee was legitimately issued by the bank.
  • You have the option to download and email a PDF version or print the guarantee for your beneficiary, and we will courier the issued guarantee should that be required.
