Fatima Sullivan is Regional Director for Southern & Eastern Africa at DHL Express Sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of 18 countries and 11 agent markets. With more than two decades of experience in express logistics, she has built deep expertise in navigating the region’s diverse, high growth, and operationally complex markets. 

Her career at DHL spans Sales and Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Operations, and Customer Experience, positioning her as a key driver of initiatives that strengthen network reliability, enhance last mile delivery, and support intra African and global trade integration. 

Fatima plays an active role in regulatory engagement and market development, working with policymakers, trade bodies, and private sector partners to unlock sustainable growth. As a member of the DHL Express Africa Management Board, she contributes to shaping the company’s strategic direction across the continent. She is also a former board sponsor of DHL’s Women Empowerment Program, championing gender inclusion and leadership development. 

She holds qualifications from the University of South Africa and the University of the Witwatersrand.
