Ranulf Couldrey  is a Director on Cantor Fitzgerald’s Power, Energy & Infrastructure team, focused on Emerging and Frontier Markets and leading the firm’s Africa origination and execution efforts. He has been instrumental in transactions that bring international capital into frontier‑market power and energy platforms, including advising AFC, Masdar and Infinity on the acquisition and financing of Lekela Power, the largest power transaction completed on the African continent to date, advising A.P. Moller Capital on the dividend recapitalisation of its Kenyan thermal power portfolio, and advising Yellow Door Energy on its USD 500 million equity raise. The team is currently executing five additional transactions across six Sub‑Saharan African jurisdictions, spanning thermal power, renewables, and renewable fuels.
