Rajit Nanda is the Chief Executive Officer of DataVolt, a nextgeneration sustainable datacentre operator transforming digital infrastructure at scale. He assumed the role in 2023 and leads the company’s strategic growth across global markets. 

He is an accomplished global leader in the energy and infrastructure sector, with extensive experience across investment, finance, construction, and operations. Prior to joining DataVolt, Rajit spent 15 years at ACWA Power in senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Portfolio Management Officer, playing a central role in the company’s global expansion and value creation ahead of its USD 45 billion IPO in 2021. 

Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer for ENGIE in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, supporting the company’s growth into the region’s leading independent water and power producer. 

Rajit also serves on the boards and investment committees of several listed and private infrastructure platforms, including Vision Invest, Renova Inc., and Revego Infra Fund. He holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management in India and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France.
