Wezi Gondwe leads the business growth and commercial operations of the company, drawing on more than 20 years of experience across the banking, corporate finance and energy sectors. He has held senior roles within Zambia’s national utility and previously served as Head of Investment Banking at Stanbic Bank, where he advised on several major developments and projects in the Zambian energy sector.

In his most recent role, Wezi was Executive Director & Head of Global Subsidiaries at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia, where he oversaw strategic client relationships and regional corporate portfolios.
