Elizabeth Muchemi Rintari is Head of Global Markets, International at Standard Bank Group. She brings extensive experience in global markets and a strong track record in business development and leadership. 

She is responsible for client and investor engagement across Africa and internationally, working with both public and private sector stakeholders. Her division serves as a key conduit, providing African clients with access to global markets and connecting global corporates and investors to opportunities across the continent. 

Previously, Elizabeth was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the Emerging Markets Financing Group, where she built the firm’s Africa financing franchise. She worked across multidisciplinary teams to originate and execute transactions in complex economic and political environments, managing key relationships with governments, state owned entities, and financial institutions.
