Andrew is a corporate finance executive and founding director of Java Capital who began his career as an attorney, qualifying in South Africa and in the US as a member of the New York Bar.

He has extensive advisory experience in the listed property sector, private equity and general capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew was a partner at a major law firm in Johannesburg for several years, working in areas of commercial law including stock exchange and capital markets regulation and mergers and acquisitions.
