Paul Muganwa is the Executive Director and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking segment. With nearly two decades of experience in investment banking, Paul has developed deep expertise in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has successfully advised and structured complex transactions across East and Southern Africa.
Since his return to Uganda in 2013, he has played a key leadership role in spearheading the growth of the bank’s investment banking franchise, shaping the local financial landscape, driving investment and growth across the region.
