Damoni Kitabire is a seasoned macroeconomic and development consultant with over 38 years of experience. He previously served as Country Manager for the African Development Bank in Zimbabwe and Zambia, and held key economist roles in Côte d’Ivoire, Tunisia, and Zimbabwe. He has also worked with the IMF and Uganda’s Ministry of Finance. 
Mr. Kitabire holds degrees in Finance, Economic Planning, and Economics from Strathclyde University, the Central School of Planning (Warsaw), and Makerere University.
