Iman Rappetti is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster, and the author of Becoming Iman (2018) and Sermons of Soul (2020). She is the owner of RappettiCom, a communications agency based in Johannesburg and anchors Newsfeed AM on Newzroom Afrika.

As a journalist, she has spent many years covering politics and current affairs. She began her journalism career in the Islamic Republic of Iran, hosting a weekly television current affairs programme and a popular interactive radio show for the national broadcaster’s English language service.

In South Africa she has worked for the major broadcasters and print media, including the SABC, eNCA, Talk Radio 702, Gauteng-based station Power 987, and Business Day.
