Tente Tente is Chief Executive of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) and a registered Professional Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience in structural engineering, programme management, and large-scale infrastructure. His leadership spans water-related megaprojects in Lesotho, South Africa and the USA. Tente has led multi-billion-rand engineering ventures, including design, construction supervision and bilateral infrastructure coordination. His experience bridges technical and governance disciplines, and he currently serves as Executive Director on the LHDA Board and a Non-Executive Director of the Lesotho Roads Directorate. His career reflects deep institutional knowledge and commitment to driving socio-economic development through water infrastructure.
