
Pato Kelesitse is a climate justice advocate, ESG advisor and founder of Sustain267 - a Botswana-based social enterprise advancing sustainability and equity across Africa. With a background in philanthropy, youth development and gender advocacy, Pato has nearly a decade of experience in civil society, government, and the private sector. She leads programmes that translate climate policy into local action and promotes inclusive ESG frameworks for sustainable development. Pato serves as Co-Chair of the Climate Justice Resilience Fund’s Governing Board and sits on the Board of the Botswana National Youth Council, advising the Minister of Youth and Gender on strategic planning. She is known for championing intersectional approaches to climate action that foreground the voices of youth and marginalised communities. Her work is helping shape a new generation of climate leadership on the continent, grounded in justice, inclusion and long-term resilience.
