Ana Hajduka is the Founder and CEO of Africa GreenCo. She is a dual-qualified lawyer (England & Wales and New York State) with over two decades of experience in energy and infrastructure finance. She trained at Allen & Overy LLP and has advised on complex project finance and PPP transactions at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and Trinity International LLP. Ana specialises in African IPP project finance and PPA risk allocation, with a strong focus on regional power trading and market creation across sub-Saharan Africa. She has advised multiple power pools and played a leading role in numerous renewable energy transactions. In 2015, Ana was appointed by the UNECE to lead a 30-member international team tasked with developing renewable energy PPP standards under the Sustainable Energy for All agenda. Her work bridges legal, regulatory, and financial frameworks to unlock clean energy investment and cross-border trade across Africa’s fragmented power markets.
