Tente Tente is a registered professional engineer with 28 years of experience in programme management, construction supervision and heavy engineering structural design. He has led multi-million-rand engineering projects in Lesotho, South Africa and the USA, specialising in large-scale water-related infrastructure.

His recent role as chief executive of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority strengthened his expertise in bilateral relations, governance and institutional performance. He currently serves as a non-executive director of the Lesotho Roads Directorate.
