Rudi Dicks is Head of the Project Management Office in the Private Office of the President. He is responsible for the implementation of the Presidential Employment Stimulus (PES), the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative (PYEI), and unblocking regulatory challenges affecting employment and economic growth. He jointly leads Operation Vulindlela, established as a joint initiative between the Presidency and National Treasury to accelerate structural reforms.
