Rudi Dicks is the head of the Project Management Office in the Private Office of the President, overseeing key initiatives such as the Presidential Employment Stimulus and the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative.

He co-leads Operation Vulindlela, a joint initiative between the Presidency and National Treasury aimed at accelerating structural reforms. Prior to this, Rudi was an outcomes facilitator at the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) and executive director of the National Labour and Economic Development Institute (NALEDI).
