  • Register for our Treasury Management Service and provide your full name, email address, cell phone number and ID number.
  • Confirm your company details.
  • We may perform verification checks on the data you provide.
  • Create users on the system and allocate user access.
  • We will automatically pull balances from your selected accounts (current account, foreign currency accounts, investment accounts).
  • Users capture payment and collection forecasts into the system.

Is my data safe?

  • Rest assured that we comply with the highest security standards. An independent security firm, performed a security assessment of the TMS application in September 2019 for Standard Bank. The assessment included a review of the web application, the underlying host, and the database server. The overall findings indicated that the application’s security posture was of a high standard.

Can more than one person in my company have access?

  • The application is designed in such a way that multiple users can log in and access the system at the same time.

Can I determine who has access to what?

  • Yes, the access rights are driven by segregation of duties. Some users will have limited functionality depending on how the Administrator allocates access rights.

Who will support me if I need user help?

  • Please contact your Account Manager for any support related to the system.

Can I get information fed from my accounts with other banks?

  • Yes, with your consent.

If I share my data with you, how will you use it?

  • With your permission, Standard Bank will only use the information to benefit TMS clients. This includes notifications, marketing purposes, upgrading, remodeling, or improving the services of any other product or service offered by Standard Bank that is utilised by the client.
